Balanced ScoreCard is a methodology developed at early '90 by Kaplan & Norton with the precise scope to help companies to traslate strategies into a success story.
Key points of the methodology are:

  • translation of company's strategic vision into clear and undestandable objectives within 4 perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, learning & growth;

  • definition of metrics simple, efficient and covering all the above mentioned perspectives;

  • involvment of the complete organizational structure at all levels.
